DISCLAIMER!! By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please, read carefully.

⟡────⟡Can't Draw ✖ NSFW, Mecha, Armor, Weapons, Gore, Backgrounds or anything i'm uncomfortable with.
Can Draw ✔ Fan Art, Original Characters, Vtubers/PNGtubers, Animals/Animal Features._{(you can always ask me first about any other category before commissioning)}⟡────⟡I.
✦ GENERAL ✦
•  I have the right to reject any request for any reason.
•  I have the right to use the commissioned art to promote my services.
•  I have the right to show WIPs of the commissioned piece on any social media unless the "partially private" stage is discussed.
•  Artist credits are a must on any platform the art is used on.
•  All listed prices are for personal use only unless a commercial use fee is paid.
•  Please specify when requesting if the piece will be partially private (if you want a date set to release the art in any media/ for example: "partially private until certain debut"). No private fee is asked at the moment.

II.
✦ HOW TO ORDER ✦
•  Request can be done vía Ko-fi or Vgen.
•  The commission will start once the full payment is received & the sketch is approved.
•  Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the request.
•  No rushed commissions.
•  I can contact you in a span of 3-5 days after reviewing the request to start discussing the form.✦ PAYMENT ✦
•  The payment must be done upfront.
•  The prices are in USD and the only pay method is PAYPAL through ko-fi or vgen.
•  Depending on the platform, a 5% tax could be added to the final price.
•  The commission will be rejected if the invoice isn't paid within 72 hours.

FEES:
Commercial (merchandise purposes): x2 of the original price.✦ REFUNDS ✦
•  No refunds policy. It only applies if I can't start /or/ complete the work. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.
•  If you request a chargeback where not allowed to ask for a refund you will loose all rights to the commissioned piece. You’ll be blacklisted for commission me again.


III.
✦ PROCESS/DELIVERY/REVISIONS ✦
•  Keep in mind that the deliver time will depend on my work load irl (since I have a job to attend to) or if there's any health/personal issues. You'll be notified in any case.
•  Usually it’ll take around 3 weeks – 2 months to finish the piece once approved the sketch. I’ll keep you updated if I think it’ll take more / less time.
•  Your commission will start formally once approved the sketch, on this stage you can request free edits (up to 3). Don't be afraid to ask, please.
•  If a week passed and there's no communication from the client side when a revision is sent, the commission will be paused until there is any update.
•  Please specify in the request form if you want to see all the WIPs of the process, specify any step or only want to see the finished art. You can choose from: Lineart > Base Colors > Shading.
•  You can only request up to 2 free small edits (details) when the shading is done and before finishing the art piece. Anything after the specified number of edits will have an additional of $5 fee per edit.
•  What will you receive: Two (2) PNG files in their specified size: with watermark+bg & without watermark+bg. If you'll need JPEG files, please let me know when requesting.Please don't hesitate to let me know there's any mistake or any of the sort!


IV.
✦ COPYRIGHT AND USAGE ✦
✦ I’ll reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and on my portfolio.
✦ For personal use, you may upload the commissioned piece on social media with proper credit from the artist.
✦ You will not make profits from the commissioned piece unless the commercial use fee has been paid.
✦ You will not alter / trace / copy the commissioned piece without the artist consent.
✦ Only the client and artist can post the commissioned piece on their social media.
✦ You will not use the commissioned work on AI generators or any blockchain technology, ex. cryptocurrency or NFTs. EVER. You'll be blacklisted if doing so.
